How long does it take to move across?
Days, not a term. We set your school up the same day, and your records come in from a spreadsheet that week. Nothing to install.
What if our records are a mess?
That is usual. We check the import with you before anything is saved, and point out the rows to fix rather than the whole file.
Do we have to train everybody?
No. Everyone gets a link to set their own password and lands on a page made for their role. We walk your office through the rest.
What if a family has no email address?
A phone number is enough. Parents sign in with a code sent by text.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Every page works on a phone, and the pages families use most are the lightest we make.
What if we do not charge fees?
Switch fees off and families never see a fees page. Everything else works the same.
What happens when our licence ends?
We email your leadership a new key well before it runs out. Nothing in your school is rebuilt or lost.
Who do we call when something breaks?
A person, by email, and a named one once your school passes a few hundred seats.
